You may remember that for last year’s SAVOR, DCBeer provided you with a profile of every brewery and beer that was at last year’s event. Feedback on these profiles was positive, so we figured, hey, let’s give the beer folks what they want. Our team is going to take this project on again for all of your beer enlightenment pleasure.
You may remember that we examined which breweries are here for the first time, back from last year, or not returning from SAVOR 2011. For those breweries who we already wrote profiles on last year, the brewery information (location, general info, etc. will all appear the same), we’ll be putting up new info on the new beers that these breweries are bringing though. So even if you read a profile last year, be sure to check it out this year for some useful new information!
