SAVOR 2012: Who’s Back, Who’s New, and Who’s Out?

The Brewer’s Association announced the breweries that have been selected for SAVOR 2012 last week. For me, at least, the list is a little daunting. It’s pretty hard to absorb 72 breweries all at once.

So I took a minute and made three lists for your viewing pleasure. “Who’s Back?” shows the breweries who were at SAVOR 2011 and who have been selected to return for SAVOR 2012. “Who’s New?” shows breweries who weren’t at SAVOR 2011 but will be at SAVOR 2012 (it is not a list of breweries that have never been at SAVOR). Lastly, “Who’s Out?” is a list of breweries that were at SAVOR 2011 but won’t be back for SAVOR 2012.

Hopefully this helps you to get a sense of how SAVOR 2012’s breweries stack up against SAVOR 2011. Cheers!

Please note that I used shorthand for some of the well-known breweries. I assume y’all don’t need me to write Dogfish Head Craft Ales instead of Dogfish Head to know who I’m talking about.

Which breweries are you glad to have back, sad to see leave, and excited to get this year? Leave it in the comments!
