Drink Dogfish’s Red and White, Hellhound On My Ale, and Palo Santo Marron and pair it with a Meringue of Orange & Foie Gras Surprise, Braised Pork Belly w/Bacon Juice, (it’s a Thai Dessert). While you’re at it, learn a little bit about grooming. On the third floor private event, there will be a salon feature. Reservations required, limited space available. Thrillist readers enter code GROOMED and receive exclusive access to the 3rd floor lounge and take away beer glasses and some style. Make your way to the 3rd floor ‘men’s lounge’ for the night, where from 7-8pm, Michael Craig himself offers a bit of insight to help guys look their best, from hair to skin care, to new facial hair trends, to how to go from office hours to after hours without spending a lot of time in the barber’s chair. Collect samples from Frederick Benjamin (quality products for men) and snag a $25 certificate for a haircut at the salon. There will also be beers available on the second floor for those of you who are interested in drinking over grooming!
