Heavy Seas Joins M Street Bar & Grill for ACBW Dinner

Join Chef Edgar Melendez of the M Street Bar and Grill and Heavy Seas Beer for an intimate evening celebrating local craft beer and gourmet food on Wednesday, May 18 at 7pm, in honor of American Craft Beer Week.

Representatives from Heavy Seas will be hosting a fun evening filled with expertly brewed craft beer and lots of goodies from both the brewery and the restaurant.

First Course:
Tilapia Ceviche | Gold Ale
Tilapia marinated in fresh citrus juices and red onion

Second Course:
Andouille Chips | Märzen
Cajun Andouille sausage wrapped in crispy beer-blanched potato

Third Course:
Bacon Wrapped Rainbow Trout | Small Craft Pils
Pan seared rainbow trout wrapped in bacon, served on a bed of baby arugula with red onion and drizzled in basil oil.

Fourth Course:
Steak Inferno | Loose Cannon IPA
Center cut sirloin steak over a bacon-potato hash with wilted watercress and topped with a cream sauce

Fifth Course:
Chocolate Soufflé | Peg Leg Stout
