From a press release:
“Join us on Sunday, March 12, from 3 – 7 PM as individuals and teams from local breweries and restaurants compete to collect donations before getting their heads (and some beards) shaved. We’ll have drink specials, epic raffles, and a Charity Beer Garden on the patio – where 100% of the beer sales will be donated to St. Baldrick’s, a volunteer-driven charity that funds childhood cancer research. Since 2014, Boundary Stone has raised over $700,000 for the foundation. Help us reach this year’s goal of raising $150k for St. Baldrick’s!
Buy a raffle ticket to donate to the cause, and you’ll be entered for a chance to win an incredible trip for two to Ireland. Click here for more information on how to donate or to become a shavee.”

Brandon Skall, DC Brau’s co-founder and CEO writes:
“For nine years I have been the MC for this event. I have witnessed incredible acts of kindness, generosity, love and resilience in this role. I have been humbled, moved to tears, overjoyed and awed by this event, the participants, the families and of course the brave kids who come each year to tell their stories!
The last significant haircut I had was at this event 9 years ago. Each year since I agree to MC this event with the promise from the Boundary Stone team that my hair is off limits. But this year is different. This will be my last year as MC and I am dedicated to doing whatever I can to make the most impact and that means it’s finally time for my near decade long growth to go! My 30 inches of hair is getting chopped! NOW I CALL ON YOU! All you generous people who have pressured me to cut my hair at this event over the years! I CALL ON YOU! Please help me! Help me reach my goal! I am about 1/4 of the way there. Currently I have raised $4K of the $20K that I goaled with. Let’s do this together! Let’s make this the biggest, baddest Baldrick’s ever.”
