Mark your calendars for Thursday, December 19th to visit Guinness Open Gate Brewery where they will be releasing two special, limited edition beer specifically for the holidays and running a promotion for ½ off the packaged, limited edition beer to go. When you visit, be sure to wear an ugly sweater to the brewery, purchase a full pour of either of the new beer releases from their taproom, show your receipt in their retail store to receive ½ off the special release packaged beer to go. This promotion is only available on December 19th.
The two limited-edition, small-batch beers are Winter Warmer, 7.1% ABV, which is made with cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and has notes of baking spice on top of caramel, encompassed by a solid malty base.
Also, Gingerbread Spiced Ale, 9.3% ABV, which is an imperial brown ale with allspice, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg and is finished in bourbon barrels.
