Buffalo & Bergen’s Suburbia brings Brewers on the Block to DC Beer Week and Union Market for the sixth time on Saturday, September 14th, but this year is going to be the best one yet because we’re sponsoring it!
That’s right, this year’s iteration is brought to you by DCBeer.com, and we’re bringing over some friends from out of town. All told, enjoy unlimited tastings from more than 35 breweries and hobnob with the folks who brew your beer.

Brewers on the Block: Locals
Locals include 3 Stars, Atlas, Bluejacket, DC Brau, Denizens, Hellbender, Port City, Red Bear, Right Proper, and Supreme Core (if cider is more your thing). The Bruery and Offshoot will make the long walk from their store across the street to pour, too.
We’ve also invited some sub- and exurban friends, like Brew Republic, Dynasty, Old Ox, and Rocket Frog from Virginia, as well as 7 Locks, Flying Dog, Manor Hill, and True Respite from Maryland. Baltimore’s not left out, either, with Union, Heavy Seas, Oliver Brewing, and Peabody Heights all attending.
Brewers on the Block: Visitors
But wait, there’s more! Stone and Väsen are making the trek up from Richmond, and you’ll see Devils Backbone as well. Want more cider? We’ve got Potter’s Craft Cider, Jack’s Hard Cider, and Bold Rock. RAR and Evolution are coming from Maryland’s eastern shore, as are Pennsylvania’s finest: Sly Fox, Tröegs, and Victory. Why should Delaware be left out? Dogfish Head and Fordham & Dominion are coming, too.
The fun starts at 3:00 pm, 2:00 pm if you prefer VIP access, which will get you extra face time with the brewers, frozen hoptails from Gina Chersevani’s excellent Suburbia, and more than a few rarities. Smash that ticket button!
