Right Proper Shaw and Brookland Debut Happy Hour

Fans of the “soulful, balanced” beers produced by DC’s Right Proper Brewing Company will be able to enjoy themselves for cheaper and longer starting April 1, 2019. The brewery’s Shaw and Brookland locations start new happy hours today along with a new earlier opening time (4pm instead of 5pm).

The happy hour, which will run from 4-6pm Monday-Thursday, will feature three beers priced at $3.64 ($4 with tax). At the Brookland location, those beers will with Raised by Wolves (dry-hopped pale ale), Astral Weeks (dry-hopped foeder beer) and Haxan (porter) to start off. No word yet on what will feature at the Shaw location.

Recent additions to the Right Proper Shaw beer menu include Cecil, a German-style pilsner with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc; Beast of Gevaudan, an IPA with Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy; and Urban Lush, a “fruited tart ale…brewed w/oats & milk sugar then dry-hopped w/Citra & vanilla beans before being conditioned on mangoes!”

Happy (hoppy?) deal hunting, everyone.
