Beer Name: Now I Am Death, Destroyer of Worlds (Triple IPA-10%)
Beer Description: The latest salvo in our renewed focus on hop forward and aromatic beers, Death is firmly planted in the West Coast style of IPA's. In typical Adroit fashion, however, this beer is hard to pin down to an exact description.
The title is derived from the famous quote by J. Robert Oppenheimer. Death is designed to DESTROY your expectations. Brewed with over 10 pounds of hops per barrel, this delivers a citrus & tropical nose derived from copius amounts of Citra & Mosaic hops. Much more bitter than G/I/A/A, the malt body is primarily Marris Otter, and has a sweeter taste, with a semi-dry finish.
Part 2: The first taste exceeding all expectations. Your satisfaction is met with a bitter end. Destruction inevitable, death delivers your eternal rest. The march continues for another, your skull & bones are all that remains of a once indulgent life.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of orange, mango & lychee meld with malt sweetness. Assertive bitterness relaxes into a semi-dry finish.

Beer Description: A re-imagining of one of our early brews from 2014. For this iteration, we focused on an English-style malt sweetness, more so than the original version that had an American-style bitterness. But, in classic Adroit fashion, we introduce a distinct RUM RAISIN flavor. The result is a complex flavor that balances the big & boozy quality you expect from Adroit, but with a high level of drinkability; even with a relatively high ABV.

During Medieval times, “The Shadow of the Sun” was how European Alchemists defined the Crow. It was their symbol for the blackness of despair and chaos. We see the Crow as a Life Force so powerful it can actually live off Death itself. After all, it’s not Death if you refuse it…
Tasting Notes: Boozy flavors of molasses, raisins, figs, dates, brown sugar & sweet malt gives way to a sticky-finish.

Beer Name: All I See Is Carrion (Belgian Quad with Tart Cherries-12%)
Beer Description: We are excited about this one! A rich and decadent beer that strikes the perfect balance between Big & Boozy on one side, and insanely drinkable on the other. At 12% it is the perfect sipper, but like Death of Cthulhu, it drinks almost TOO EASY! Oh, and absolutely delicious. The label has a metallic foil on the name, similar to the one on the B/A/Y/S Red Wine bottle. It also might be the sickest label we have done (yet). Finally, if it is any indication of what we think of this beer, it is one of two beers we are pouring at SAVOR this year.
Part 1: You scavenge the earth grasping at life's sweet indulgences. Never ending consumption drives your futile existence. A mindless march towards your own demise, wading through a sea of rotting flesh, no living creature unscathed. Decadence to be rewarded with the wrath of your own god. The gradual subjugation of your mind, body, and soul.

Beer Description: Dubplate is our new taproom-only double IPA which uses a west coast style malt bill of almost 100% pale malt to provide a blank canvas for the hops to shine over. Dubplate is the template for a vinyl record. We'll be using different blends of hops in future batches of this beer, but will keep the base malts the same, hence the name Dubplate. We will showcase different hop blends of our more limited specialty hops in each batch. The Intergalactic version of Dubplate uses hops that have strong notes of dank pine all the way through with more subtle notes of pineapple and passion fruit.
