Not enough beer launch news for you this week? The launches of Handsome Brewing Company and Fair Winds entering the DC market didn't pique your interest? They say these things come in threes. Here's the first beer from Pulaski True American.

This Tuesday, September 22, Right Proper Brewing Company in Shaw will be pouring Most Precious, a collaboration with soon-to-market Pulaski True American. Most Precious is a beer developed by Right Proper Head Brewer Nathan Zeender and Pulaski Brewer Josh Perry as a marriage between Zeender's novel take on brewing and Perry's "delicious doesn't have to be complicated" mindset.
Most Precious — named as an homage to friends, family, and all who drink beer with them — is a mixed-fermentation ale that was designed to drink easily like a lager. While lower in alcohol (5%) and hop bite, the beer starts dry with Mandarin orange and spice aromatics and has a soft finish with lingering notes of funkiness from the Brettanomyces.The Pulaski and Right Proper teams will be on hand to talk about the beer and answer any questions about the beer and future offerings.About Pulaski True American:We wanted to make a beer for all of DC that is brewed from the highest quality ingredients but still drinkable and enjoyable.
