DC Homebrewers Cherry Blossom Homebrew Competition Returns

The DC Homebrewers club's Cherry Blossom Homebrew Competition begins registration on Sunday, February 1.

There are multiple categories for which people can submit beer. Among these is the cherry blossom inspired category is just one (40A). There's also also a full range of BJCP categories that contests can compete in.

You will be able to register your entries beginning Sunday, February 1, 2015 at 7:00 AM, EST through Friday, March 13, 2015 at 6:00 PM, EDT. Entries will be accepted during that same window.

Beer submissions can be 12 to 22 ounce capped bottles or corked bottles. They should be devoid of all identifying information, including labels and embossing (other than the entry label affixed with a rubber band). Printed caps are allowed, but must be blacked out completely. They can be sent to 3 Stars Brewing Company or mLHBS. Full rules are here along with specific shipping info (ie. don't use the USPS)

Individuals can submit two entries at $8 for the first, $6 for the second, three bottles each.

Have something in the fermenter you'd like to enter? Here's your chance!
