Monday, August 18 – 5pm – Dogfish Head: Dazed & Infused: Scion Restaurant (Dupont Circle) is excited to announce Dogfish Head: Dazed & Infused. Join us on Monday, August 18, as we feature 30 different beers from the Rehoboth Beach brewery, including 10 one-of-a-kind infused beers. Scion will customize some of Dogfish Head's most popular beers using Randall the Enamel Animal. "Randall the Enamel Animal is … a sophisticated filter system that allows the user to run beer through a chamber of whole-leaf hops, spices, herbs, fruit, etc. … strips the flavor from whatever you add and puts it in the beer." Fans of Dogfish Head won't want to miss this opportunity to try beers infused with different fruit, spices, meat, candy, and more!  All Dogfish Head beers will be $3 off regular price during the event. Free glassware will be available while supplies last. Tickets are not required for this event. Details on beers and infusions will be announced at a later date.
