Hop Kitchen (Hop Symposium) with DCBeer.com – Smith Commons – 6-10pm
Enjoy a symposium on a key component of craft beer: hops. Hoppy beers, food that pairs with hops, and a whole host of local craft beer and homebrewing aficionados to lead a fun discussion of hops. RSVP for free here.
