Your Favorite Foreign Movie Release at Meridian Pint

As we mentioned earlier, the collaboration between DC Brau and Brian Barrows is pouring at Meridian Pint tomorrow, 7/24. From open to close “Your Favorite Foreign Movie” (4% ABV) will cost $4 a pint. As a special treat for homebrewers in a homebrew club, a free 12 oz tulip will be given out between 5-7 PM. Meridian Pint will accept any proof of membership, but please bring identification regardless of the club you belong to.

The first event we ever concieved at Meridian Pint was Home Brewers’ Match Up. After six awesome installments and a champions round we were finally able to name our gold medal home-brewer; Brian Barrows. His Belgian Patersbier got the nod over five other fantastic winning brews, and DC Brau agreed to recreate it.

Now named “Your Favorite Foreign Movie,” after a line from the the Steely Dan song “Peg,” Brian’s collaborative brew with DC Brau will premier at the Pint. At just 4% and only $4 all day it’s the perfect beer for the summer.

This beer is a tribute to the many accomplished home-brewers in the area. Accordingly, we will be giving away one free glass of My Favorite Foreign Movie from 5-7PM to anyone that belongs to a home-brew club. Please bring proof of membership and be ready for a good time!
