Your Favorite Foreign Movie Release at Meridian Pint

As we mentioned earlier, the collaboration between DC Brau and Brian Barrows is pouring at Meridian Pint tomorrow, 7/24. From open to close “Your Favorite Foreign Movie” (4% ABV) will cost $4 a pint. As a special treat for homebrewers in a homebrew club, a free 12 oz tulip will be given out between 5-7 PM. Meridian Pint will accept any proof of membership, but please bring identification regardless of the club you belong to.

See bellow for a message from Meridian Pint Beer Director Sam Fitz:

The first event we ever concieved at Meridian Pint was Home Brewers’ Match Up. After six awesome installments and a champions round we were finally able to name our gold medal home-brewer; Brian Barrows. His Belgian Patersbier got the nod over five other fantastic winning brews, and DC Brau agreed to recreate it.

Now named “Your Favorite Foreign Movie,” after a line from the the Steely Dan song “Peg,” Brian’s collaborative brew with DC Brau will premier at the Pint. At just 4% and only $4 all day it’s the perfect beer for the summer.

This beer is a tribute to the many accomplished home-brewers in the area. Accordingly, we will be giving away one free glass of My Favorite Foreign Movie from 5-7PM to anyone that belongs to a home-brew club. Please bring proof of membership and be ready for a good time!
