You know what’s better than being on land? Being on a boat. You know what’s better than being on a boat? Being on a boat that’s stocked with craft beer, dinner, a DJ, dancing, and phenomenal views of DC with absolutely zero chance of contracting scurvy. This isn’t sea world…this is as real as it gets.
During this year’s 4th Annual DC Beer Week, do your best to welcome back the DCBW Craft Beer Dinner Cruise for its third year of crafty suds and requisite shenanigans. The cruise will kick off DC Beer Week, which runs from August 12-18th, in the most dramatic of ways – with over 40 breweries pouring over 50 of their best brews alongside restaurants, bars and distributors who are all there to round out what is sure to be a party to remember.
I’m not sure I mentioned this before, but this will all be happening on a boat – the Odyssey Luxury Yacht to be exact. According to Teddy Folkman, a gentleman who is well-read on these matters as he is a co-founder (co-captain?) of DC Beer Week, “This year’s DC Beer Week is going to be epic” and this event is sure to be one of the highlights.
