Where’s Waldo? Probably Drinking SweetWater at The Black Squirrel

As we noted yesterday, Lagunitas’ Waldo Special Ale is launching around the area on Friday, April 20. The Black Squirrel is just one of a number of venues that will be launching this on Friday. This, um, herbaceous, ale is extremely hoppy, so if you’re stressing, be sure to mellow out with a pint of it.

Don’t get too mellow, though, because you might miss the SweetWater 420 that will also be available at the Squirrel. This fan favorite from down South should make a nice in-between beer between tastes of the chronic-ly hoppy Lagunitas offering.

Do round out all of the not-so-thinly-veiled marijuana references surrounding Friday, here are some other things that will be on the menu on Friday:

Hemp Brownies
Harold and Kumar Sliders
Dorito Buenos Nachos

And if that wasn’t enough, the Squirrel will open 40 minutes early at, you guessed it, 4:20pm.
