Brewery Ommegang is hosting its first-ever Hop Chef competition on Saturday, April 28 from 1-4p at the Atlas Theater (1333 H Street NE).
How does it work? Well, a bunch of DC-area chefs will put on their drinking caps and think of dishes to pair with a bunch of Ommegang beers. You, the attendee, will get to eat and drink these combinations and then rave about how good they are.
