On Monday, April 9, Big Bowl in Reston will host Lost Rhino Founder and President, Matt Hagerman. The four-course meal will pair New River Pale Ale, Faceplant IPA, Icebreaker Imperial IPA, and Woody Stout with Executive Chef Marc Bernard’s cuisine. On Wednesday, April 11, a similar beer dinner, with entirely different courses can be had at Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm in Broadlands. For reservations call 571-209-1200. $55 (including tax and tip) covers four courses and four beers. Courses and pairings are as follows:

House made chicken chorizo, olive oil potato gratin with a lime cumin aioli

Crispy fresh bacon with a spring salad of corn, mizuna & sunflower shoots, shaved local asparagus, olive oil & sea salt

Warm dark chocolate soufflé with local roasted strawberries & chocolate
