You know what your Saturday afternoon needs?  More cheese.  And more beer.  In the spirit of specificity, what I’m trying to say is that your Saturday afternoon needs more artisanal cheese expertly paired with some of the finest American craft beers by Certified Cicerone Tim Prendergast (@dcchilin).

Head over to Meridian Pint on Saturday, March 10 to truly experience what great beer can do in the presence of great cheese, and vice versa.  Tim has chosen five top notch cheeses and corresponding brews for this event, the second in a series of recurring beer and cheese events hosted at the Pint.  This particular event will highlight the seasonality of artisanal cheese and how “eating in season” applies to delicious cheese in the same whey (see what I did there?) as other foods.  Additionally, all of the cheeses featured by Tim will be made from raw milk, another key topic of discussion for the event.
