Looking to exercise that good taste? Come to FE-BRAU-ARY this Wednesday, February 29 at 6pm at Capitol Lounge. Yes, it’s Leap Day. Easy to remember, no?
FE-BRAU-ARY, despite it’s all-caps aggressiveness, will be a relaxed and social night featuring DC Brau’s founders Brandon Skall and Jeff Hancock, their fine ales, and the fine culinary pairings of the aforementioned Teddy Folkman.
For $60, you’ll get five tasty courses and beer pairings to go with them. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket will go to benefit Brainfood, a non-profit youth development organization that uses food and cooking to teach life skills to DC teenagers.
