RFD Hosting Bell’s Beer Dinner on January 10

I know some of you are resolving to attend more beer dinners in 2012. Well, RFD is trying to help you live up to that lofty goal by presenting a five course beer dinner with Bell’s Brewery on Tuesday, January 10.

Doors will open at 6pm with some light appetizers and assorted Bell’s beers during a cocktail hour. The real show starts at 7pm when the five course beer dinner begins. Tickets are $60 per person and include tax and gratuity. They can be purchased here (scroll down under the calendar and add tickets to your cart).

Here are the five courses, as soon as I get beer pairings with them, I’ll post them for you. Notable here is the use of Black Note Stout, Ratebeer’s #4 ranked stout in the world, in a brownie. Decadent!

Beef & Oatmeal Stout Stew
Mixed Greens & Raspberry Ale Vinaigrette Salad
Manchego Hopsoulution Ale Mac & Cheese
Golden Rye Ale Pork Tenderloin
Black Note Stout Brownie
