3 Stars, Oliver, and Evolution Drafts Descend on Meridian Pint on Tuesday

It’s more than likely that you’ve spent so much time reading DCBeer.com lately that you haven’t had a chance to get your holiday shopping done. Congratulations, we’re all in the same boat. Remember, if you need last minute gift ideas, here are some ideas for the beer fanatic in your life.

Anyway, scratch off tomorrow night, Tuesday, December 20 at Meridian Pint, as your chance to do that shopping. Once you see what’s on draft at the Pint, the only thing you’ll be buying is another round for you and the guy next to you.

3 Stars Brewing Company, Oliver Ales, and Evolution Craft Brewing Company are teaming up to blow out the draft lines.

First, 3 Stars will offer its collaboration with Oliver Ales, B.W. Rye #2, on draft and cask, as well as the last keg of Hudson Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged B.W. Rye (a blend of the B.W. Rye #1 pale ale and B.W. Rye #2 porter) UPDATE: Miscommunication, this will not be there. Sorry folks! Co-owners Dave Coleman and Mike McGarvey will be on-hand to talk about their beers!

Not to be outdone, here’s what Oliver Ales and Evolution Craft Brewing Company will be offering!

Oliver Ales
Bishop’s Indulgence – stout with cocoa nibs and vanilla beans
Darkness – dunkelweizen
Hot Monkey Love – American strong ale
Freddie’s Revenge – pumpkin ale
Smoke Break – smoked chipotle porter
SOB – (with the Brewer’s Art) – Belgian-style porter
William’s Winter Warmer – American strong ale

Evolution Craft Brewing Company
Evolution Lot #6 – double IPA
Menagerie #3 – bourbon barrel aged Scotch ale
Morning Wood – bourbon barrel aged oatmeal coffee stout
Jacques au Lantern – pumpkin ale

From 5pm to close, take $1 off any of the above drafts and take those savings and put them toward your belated Christmas shopping!
