Updated with Menu: DC Bread and Brew Hosts Vegan Beer Dinner with Uinta

DC Bread and Brew’s DC Beer Week Vegan Craft Beer Dinner was so successful, that they’re doing it again! On December 2 at 8pm, this time with Uinta Brewing Company. Please note the new date (previous date was November 5).

Bread and Brew will be hosting another five-course vegan dinner paired with five craft beers. This exclusive one-night only menu will be crafted by B&B’s chefs using the freshest local organic produce paired with Uinta Brewing Company’s new line of organic beers.

Here’s the menu!
First Course
Marinated Mixed-Beet Crostini
chiogga and golden beets with roasted-garlic almond butter, microgreens, and toasted coriander oil

Second Course
Butternut Squash Risotto
with chestnuts and toasted sage

Third Course
Pecan Crusted Seitan
with herb-roasted mashed parsnips, sauteed spicy-garlicky collard greens, and confetti gravy

Dessert
Chocolate Ganache
with smoked sea salt & citrus

Wyld Extra Pale Ale
Punk’n Harvest Pumpkin Ale
Monkshine Belgian Style Blond Ale

The dinner is $50 per person, exclusive of tax & gratuity.
