No, seriously, WTF is going on tonight at the Big Hunt. I mean, of course, Wild, Tart, and Funky beers are going on (draft) at the Big Hunt tonight. What did you think I meant?
Yep, if you like sours, the Hunt is the place to be tonight. They’ll be putting the following beers on draft:
Duchesse de Bourgogne – Flanders Red Ale
Bourgogne des Flandres – Flanders Red Ale
Cuvée des Jacobins – Flanders Red Ale
Oud Beersel Framboise – Raspberry Fruit Lambic
Verhaeghe Echte Kriekenbier – Flanders Red Ale
Abbaye de Saint Bon Chien – Biere de Garde
So go and get your funk n’ sour on (go ahead, say it quickly, out loud. Make sure your boss isn’t right behind you.) And just in case it gets to be too sour for you, you know that beer director Dave Coleman will balance out your beer with his usual sweet demeanor. Give him a hug and he might top your beer off for free.*
Oh, there will also be, according to Twitter, “big time jams from hip hop, funk & soul legends,” so be prepared to have the jukebox be full of said genres in case the beer isn’t funky enough for you.
