Residents of Old Town rejoice!
The Alexandria Seaport Foundation will host its first annual Riverfest this Saturday, October 22 from 4pm to 7pm. The event will be held in the Foundation’s active boatshop at 2 Duke St., Alexandria VA.
There’ll be beer, bands, and brats: think Oktoberfest on the Potomac. Beer will come from Alexandria’s own Port City Brewing Company, food by Union Pub, Chadwicks, and Bittersweet. Wine and soft drinks will be served as well.
Tickets for this event are $65 a person and $120 a couple. These tickets are all-inclusive.

All proceeds from Riverfest benefit the Alexandria Seaport Foundation, a local nonprofit which teaches at-risk youth carpentry and job skills through building wooden boats.
