DC Brau Teams Up With Watershed for NoMa Fish Fry

Is your ZIP code 20002? If so, boy are you in for a good deal. DC Brau is teaming up with Todd Gray’s Watershed in NoMa to put on a good old fashioned fish fry.

This Friday, October 21 at 7pm, meet up at the Watershed for a fish fry feast. $75 per person (tax and gratuity included), but those with a 20002 area code (neighbors of the restaurant!) can get into the fish fry at 2-for-1.

Here’s the menu for the feast!

Little Sips and Munchies Passed Upon Arrival
Crispy Main Clams with Perserved Lemon Mayonnaise
Sardines on Brioche with Red Pepper Chutney
Curried Pumpkin Soup Shots with Walnut Oil

Served on The Buffet

First Course
Caramelized Perogis of Scallop and Crab with Caper Brown Butter

Main Course
Tasting of Potato Crusted Fluke, Crispy Catfish, and BBQ’s Shrimp with sides of Collard Greens and Creamy Grits

Sweet Course

These will all be paired with some of DC Brau’s finest brews.

In the area? Drop by Todd Gray’s place for a neighborhood meal and meet your neighbors! Cheers!
