Bethesda’s FoodWine&Co is teaming up with New Belgium to put on a five course dinner that they’re calling a “new way to approach hops.” The dinner will be on Tuesday, October 11. There are two seatings 6pm and 8pm. Cost is $65.00, exclusive of tax and tip.

1st Course
Trippel Belgian Style Ale
Prosciutto di parma and apple salad, soft jersey cheese fondue, maple peppercorns

2nd Course
Fat Tire Amber Ale
Seared Maine Diver Scallop, pumpkin, crispy pancetta, spiced coriander espuma

3rd Course
Hoptober Golden Ale
Roasted Berkshire Pork belly, carrot-cumin emulsion, red beet and watermelon radish

4th Course
Ranger India Pale Ale
Grilled “Rare” Black Angus Flat iron, fig compote, fleur de sel, wilted arugula

5th Cider for Dessert
Woodchuck Hard Cider
Salty Caramel Peanut Tart, cider poached apples, cheddar ice cream
