Tonight, Monday, September 26 join Meridian Pint and DC Brau for a fundraiser for the DC Firefighters’ Burn Foundation.

A few firefighters from DCFD, including the Pint’s own
Jason Siegel, will be on the patio slinging their own beer brats, barbecue chicken, and $4 cans of DC Brau Public.

The Burn Foundation “is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization founded by active and retired Washington, D.C. Firefighters. The Foundation is dedicated to assisting in the recovery and rehabilitation of injured firefighters and burn patients in the D.C. Metropolitan Area.”

Inside, Meridian Pint will be pouring all six DC Brau beers: Public Pale Ale, Corruption IPA, Citizen Belgian Pale Ale, El Hefe Speaks Hefeweizen, Penn Quarter Porter, and Atlas Festbier. This could very well be the first time all six of these beers have been in the same place, outside of the brewery.

The Monday Night game, Redskins vs. Cowboys, will be televised. At the downstairs bar during the game (and during all NFL games) pints of Public are $4 and appetizers are 25% off.

So go and get some great local ‘cue and craft beers for the benefit of a great cause, and then watch the local football team try and go 3-0. Sounds like a good night!
