October is absolutely one of my favorite times of the year. The weather is cooling down, baseball’s post-season is getting started, and my weekends are now devoted to football and pork.  Our area does a great job of celebrating this time of year by hosting a ton of Oktoberfest events. This year is no exception, and many annual events are bigger and better and would make Christian Heurich himself proud.

Take a look at this year’s lineup!

Also available this year, will be some amazing European selections including Schneider Wiesen Edel-Weisse served in an Oak-Clad Gravity keg and Kräusen from Schlenkerla Smokebeer and rare treats such as Southern Tier Pumking, Evolution Jacques au Lantern, and The Bruery Autumn Maple will be flowing all afternoon.

A spread of German-inspired foods will be prepared by Rustico Executive Chef Steve Mannino.
