Mad Fox Brewing Company has some tasty craft beer options for you this Tuesday and Wednesday.
First, check out a fresh batch of their Strawberry Blonde Belgian-style fruit beer at this week’s Tuesday Tapping, starting at 3PM. They’re pairing Pork Schnitzel Fingers with Mushroom Gravy for Dipping and Curry Rubbed Shrimp Skewers on Vegetable Couscous food specials to go with this tasty beer. There will also be half-price growler fills of their Tuesday Tapping Strawberry Blonde until 9PM.
Not into strawberry blondes? How about crazy guys named Charlie? On Wednesday September 7 they’ll be featuring another of Charlie’s Crazy Casks starting at 3PM. Charlie has a library of casks to pull from, each an experiment in blending and post-fermentation spicing and hopping. Charlie will reveal which cask he’s featuring “as soon as his cask Feng Shui maximizes its qi.”
