Just a quick note for all you malt maestros and vorlaufing virtuosos out there in the #dcbrews community: Meridian Pint’s next Homebrewer Match-up (this is the fifth in the series for everyone keeping track) will be in late October. This gives you plenty of time to brew almost anything you’d like for the next round. I say almost because I’ll be stunned if you can pull off a gueuze that can win in that period of time.
For those of you who aren’t homebrewers (for shame!), move along, nothing to see here. We’ll keep you apprised of the time when you can show up and drink the liquid fruits of your cohorts’ labors when the time gets closer.
