Oof. Sorry for the short notice, folks. Just got the word that there’s a dinner tonight, August 23 at Belga Cafe. $49 gets you three courses and seven (that’s more than twice the number of beers as courses for those of you playing along at home) at 6:30pm.

Roasted Chicken Breast – Tagliatelle pasta and shiitake mushrooms, rosemary blue cheese sauce – Petrus Tripel, Petrus Dubbel Bruin
Grilled peach crepes – Peach ice cream, whipped cream, roasted caramelized almonds – Troubadour Obscura, Gulden Draak
