3-Course, 7-Beer Dinner at Belga Cafe TONIGHT

Oof. Sorry for the short notice, folks. Just got the word that there’s a dinner tonight, August 23 at Belga Cafe. $49 gets you three courses and seven (that’s more than twice the number of beers as courses for those of you playing along at home) at 6:30pm.

Here are the courses and pairings:

Paprika-Marinated Watermelon Salad – Arugula and heirloom tomatoes with basil oil and balsamic geleePoperings Hommel Ale, Petrus Blond, and Brugse Zot

Roasted Chicken Breast – Tagliatelle pasta and shiitake mushrooms, rosemary blue cheese saucePetrus Tripel, Petrus Dubbel Bruin

Grilled peach crepes – Peach ice cream, whipped cream, roasted caramelized almondsTroubadour Obscura, Gulden Draak
