Well, it’s Friday. The first night of SAVOR is TONIGHT, but in case your tickets are for tomorrow, or you’re skipping SAVOR all together, there’s PLENTY going on in and around DC today.

First, if at all possible this afternoon, check out the Flying Dog/Brewers Association Press Conference at the National Press Club at 3pm.
Flying Dog will be hosting a press conference at the National Press Club with the Brewers Association on the “American Craft Beer Revolution.”  This event is open to the public and complimentary craft beer from participating brewers will be served.  At time of press,  Jim Caruso, CEO of Flying Dog, Sam Calagione President and Founder of Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, one of the Grossmans, Founders and Owners of Sierra Nevada (schedule pending on which one) and Rick Kempden of Bieren Co, a European wholesaler of American Craft Beer will be in attendance to discuss the “American Craft Beer Revolution.”

From there, hit up any one of these great events!
