Pizzeria Paradiso Dupont is hosting a beer dinner and a beer brunch during SAVOR Beer Week.

The first, with Captain Lawrence Brewing Company of Pleasantville, NY, is a doozy of an out-of-market event on June 2.

There will be two sittings for this dinner at 6pm and 9:30pm.

Imperial IPA, Xtra Gold, Saison, Winter Rye, Smoked Porter, and a cask of Fresh Chester Pale Ale will be paired with four courses! $65 per person all-inclusive.

Pistachio Bread served with a spiced cream cheese & an orange, dry roasted olives, onion salad paired with Allagash White

Lemon Crab Imperial served with an Arugula salad with pecans & pickled carrots in lemon/beer dressing paired with New Belgium Le Terroir

Pizza: Dandelion Greens, Pomegranate/ Balsamic Marinated Roasted Summer Squash, Pine Nuts, Ricotta & Goat Cheese served with a Pomegranate/ Balsamic Reduction Glaze paired with Allagash Vrienden & New Belgium Vrienden

Black Pepper Chocolate Roll served with diced strawberries macerated in beer, whipped cream and a chocolate dipped strawberry garnish paired with Allagash Avance & New Belgium Super Cru

The brunch, with Maine’s Allagash and Colorado’s New Belgium, starts at 12pm on June 4.

Allagash and New Belgium’s collaboration beer Vrienden will be joined with Allagash White and Avance and New Belgium Super Cru and Le Terroir. All of these delicious beers will be paired with a four course brunch, which will cost an all-inclusive $60 per person.

Paradiso’s Slice of New York Style Pizza: Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Garlic, Oregano served thin crust style in large slices paired with Fresh Chester Pale Ale

New York Strip Steakhouse Pizza: New York Strip Steak, Caramelized Onion, Mushrooms, Gorgonzola paired with Captian’s Imperial IPA

Black & White Cookie: Vanilla Short Bread Cookie with half Blackberry Icing & half Apricot Icing paired with Xtra Gold
