IMG_7664-DCBTomorrow night Lyon Hall in Arlington is hosting a unique cheese and beer pairing event. Each beer and cheese has been hand selected by cheese expert Karen Dee and Beer Director Dave Mcgrgor. Karen and David will discuss the different cheeses, the artisan-ship that goes into each, the flavor/style profiles and why each beer was paired with each cheese.

Chevrot – Duvel (Golden Ale)
La Tur – Weinstephaner (German Wheat)
Epoisses – St Peters IPA (English Pale)
Sotocenere – Kapitel Prior (Belgian Strong)
Mt. Gorgonzola – Oud Beersel Geuze (Unfruited Lambic)
Valtellina – Jever (German Pilsner)

Lyon Hall has a great craft lineup and is a must when visiting Arlington. This event is a great excuse to head over and learn why beer is arguably much better match to cheese than wine.
