I recently had my first Pliny the Elder from Russian River and got to thinking about my past beer experiences. My favorites have to include an Oak Aged Dark Lord from Three Floyd’s enjoyed just months ago at The Brickskeller during the 2010 Savor week. Another great beer moment for me was sharing a Southern Tier Crème Brûlée with my father this past Christmas in Louisiana, a beer that doesn’t make its way that south too often.
