Birch & Barley Announces Brooklyn Brewery Event

Birch & Barley announced today that they will be hosting an event with Brooklyn Brewery and special brewmaster guest Garrett Oliver on April 19th.

On Monday, April 19th at 7:00 p.m., Birch & Barley will welcome Garrett Oliver, Brewmaster of Brooklyn Brewery, for a special beer dinner.  The menu will showcase Mr. Oliver’s selection of Brooklyn brews paired with a tasting menu from Kyle Bailey (Executive Chef, Birch & Barley).  The evening’s beer selections will include rare and delicious brews introduced by Garrett himself, including a few never-before-tasted beers from his private collection.

Additionally, upstairs at ChurchKey, five different cask ales from Brooklyn Brewery will be on feature.

Tuna Niçoise Crudo with Quail Eggs, Green Beans, Olive Salt and Pickled Red Onions

Lamb Loin with Bulgur Wheat, Asparagus, Peas and Spring Onion
