Tonight at Galaxy Hut in Clarendon you have a fairly rare opportunity. Tom Cizaukas, local Real Ale advocate, will join the Galaxy Hut crew to tap a cask of Heavy Seas Loose Cannon Hop3 Ale that has been locally hopped with fresh Centennial and Cascade Hops from Stillpoint Farm in Mt. Airy, MD.
What does that mean? Quite simply, it’s the freshest beer you can find.
Tom Cizaukas of Yoursforgoodfermentables.com says, ”the fresher a beer is, the better the beer will taste. Define ‘better’ as as the brewer intended.
