The Lagerheads, ChurchKey, and Flying Dog have joined forces to bring a “Meet the Author” type event to Churchkey.Beer sommeliers Christina Perozzi and Hallie Beaune from the beer meets cuisine restaurant Father’s Office in Santa Monica, CA have written a guide to craft beer and craft beer culture. The book covers everything from tasting beer to homebrewing, and tomorrow night you’ll get the chance to meet the two women behind it while drinking great beer.
The beers brought by Flying Dog will include Gonzo Imperial Porter, Double Dog Double Pale Ale, and the really tasty Belgian IPA Raging Bitch which rumor has it might have single-handedly saved The Black Rooster. Their will also be a cask! Flying Dog’s Doggie Style Classic Pale Ale will be pouring in the traditional styles for all you real ale fans.
