What better way to celebrate Halloween than at Night of the Living Zoo a local beer bar with a huge tap list! RFD is putting on a huge halloween party with prize giveaways for the best costumes. Prizes include tickets to a Wizards game, a $50 bar tab at RFD, CityPaper shwag, and a beer lovers gift pack from Sam Adams. For the real Halloween celebrators like me, you can win tickets to the newest Saw film (It’s cool, I know you want to see it, you just don’t want to tell anyone.) Along with the costumed guests, there will be a DJ playing top 40s to keep you entertained.
To top it off, this Halloween themed event will be serving $3 Sam Adam’s Oktoberfest beer. If that’s not what you want, I am sure Dave will let you have something from one of his 30 taps. I would suggest Halloween themed beers that should be on special (but aren’t) like Cape Ann Fisherman’s Pumpkin Stout, New Holland Ichabod Pumpkin Ale, or the evil sounding Lucifer Belgian Golden Ale. I also noticed they’ve got Bells Rye Stout, which I’ve never seen anywhere before.
