Join local Silver Spring-based Hook and Ladder Brewer and Founder Rich Fleicher and Chef Susan Holt as they prepare a number of dishes to be paired with Hook and Ladder beers. You get to learn how to cook, drink beers and eat the food!

They’ll be serving Golden Ale, Pipe and Drum Irish Red, and Backdraft Brown. Class starts at 6:30PM. It’s $85 a person.

The menu includes: Vigneronne salad–endive, radishes, greens, cornichons and shallots braised in Alsatian white wine–paired with Hook & Ladder Golden Ale; Spicy Shrimp Cioppino with Garlic Croutons matched by Hook & Ladder Pipe and Drum Irish Ale; and Pear and Dried Cherry Crisp with Creme Fraiche served alongside Hook & Ladder Backdraft Brown.
