Mark Thompson, master brewer of semi-local Starr Hill will be in town introducing his beers as students get to cook gourmet meals with them at CulinAerie. In addition to cooking with the beers, students will also get to taste them. Starr Hill hails from the Charlottesville, VA area.
The line-up includes Jomo Lager with Chevre and Caramelized Onion Tart, “The Love” Hefeweizen with Seared Black and White Sesame, Crusted Tuna and Avocado Mousse, Northern Lights IPA with Paprika Chicken Salad with Almonds, Roasted Peppers and Bitter Greens.
