Although not as close as the Shirlington beerfest, there’s more beer pouring to be done out in Centreville this October. The 3rd Annual Northern Virginia Fall BrewFest is being held at the Bull Run Special Events Center on Saturday Oct. 24 and Sunday Oct 25 11 AM till 7 PM! Volunteers get to sign up for a morning or a night shift.

For your time you will get free entry into the event, a t-shirt, a tasting glass and 4 drink tickets. I’d suggest DC readers bring along a designated driver since it’s a bit of a hike.

Regular admission is $25 (with designated drivers getting in for $20). With entry you get a tasting glass and 4 drink tickets to taste beers from 40 breweries, as well as pair those beers with some tasty food and enjoy some music from local bands. Additional beer tickets can be bought for a buck.

Another cool thing about this event is you can even camp there. Check the website for more info!
