The Brew Daddies sit down with the Bryan, Simon and Cameron, owners of Red Bear Brewing Company. We first spoke with them last summer just before they began the buildout of their new brewery in NOMA DC. Now their space is almost complete and from its intimate feeling to the expedited beer bar to the wall of games featuring over 100 board games, Red Bear clearly intends to create a neighborhood brewpub experience that invites the community to enjoy great beer in an inclusive space perfect for relaxing with friends.

Bryan, Simon, and Cameron share their thoughts on the DC craft beer scene and their appreciation for the DC Brewer’s Guild with the Adam and Richard, and they talk about how the shift away from production breweries toward taprooms and brewpubs style opens craft beer to local communities.
Simon, Red Bear’s brewer, previews a few of the beers that will be on tap when Red Bear opens in February 2019.  While they will have plenty to please for beer connoisseurs, they also will have brews for the general consumer.

We can’t wait for Red Bear Brewing Company to open!
