It will be a taste of Köln, Germany as SILVER BRANCH BREWING celebrates the city’s crisp, refreshing namesake style— Kölsch! Servers will be on hand in the biergarten and taproom with trays of freshly poured UMLAUT LOVE. Festival food and shots will be offered from the food tent, including bratwurst platter, Bavarian pretzel, Landjäger, Goldschläger, Jägermeister and Underberg. To provide the fastest possible service, guests are invited to purchase token packs. Tokens may be exchanged for a 12-ounce glass of Kölsch or items from the festival menu.* Saturday from 1 – 4 PM, University of Maryland’s Polka Terps will play their favorite German standards to get the crowd in the KÖLSCHFEST spirit!
*The brewery’s full food and beverage menu will also be available for table service through the QR code ordering system.
