You may remember two weeks ago when we told you that 3 Stars Brewing Company was opening a homebrew shop.
Well, now it’s time to get things moving, which is just what they’ll do this Friday, June 1 from 3-8pm. The homebrew shop is located at the 3 Stars Brewery at 6400 Chillum Place NW.
3 Stars President Dave Coleman writes,
We will have the nice folks from the Chupacabra Food Truck there serving awesome tacos between 4:30-8pm. We are encouraging homebrewers to bring a bottle of homebrew to share with other like-minded folks. The shop has all the ingredients, supplies, and specialty items to make any brew day great.
We will also have a couple of racks of 3 Stars apparel available for purchase. Definitely a great opportunity to check out the newest addition to #dcbrews.
Big day for the #dcbrews community, indeed, as we’ll no longer have to go outside of the District to get our malts, hops, yeast, etc. Also a big day for 3 Stars as it will be the first glimpse many have of the brewery that will next open in the area.
