There isn’t a whole lot coming from the Brewdog guys that surprises me anymore. They have quickly established their niche as being on the far progressive edge of craft brewing. I’ve grown quite accustom to Brewdog constantly pushing the boundaries on all fronts of craft beer, and I take it all with a grain of salt. At one point in this video, Brewdog even admits to this a being a “marketing gimmick.”

The overwhelming majority of American craft brewers are struggling to keep up with demand, but Brewdog has the time and means to ferment beer underwater? I enjoy that contrast and appreciate the occasional side project that is as crazy as this.

Is anyone else over Brewdog? I’ve actually enjoyed the beers of theirs I have had, but I have grown tired of every beer they produce being some over the top presentation.
