In our ongoing efforts to provide you with comprehensive SAVOR coverage we reviewed, argued, and even made threats over what we think is the “Top 25 Don’t Miss Beers” of SAVOR 2001. Picking out just twenty-five of the one hundred and forty four beers was a tough task and at times seemed insufferable. None the less, we are proud to provide this resource to you and hope it makes your SAVOR experience even more enjoyable. Click the image below for a printable PDF and let us know how we did.

umm, Sexual Chocolate?
Foothills isn’t at SAVOR this year. Hence no Sexual Chocolate.
Bill, please. Whenever you’re in the house, there’s ALWAYS Sexual Chocolate. Can ya dig it?
Best of Friday for me:
Nebraska Hop God. The 1st BIPA (i think) that can run with The Bitch.
Crown Valley Wooden Nickel IPA
Funkwerks Saison
Devils Backbone Azreal
Lost Abbey Red Poppy
Flying Dog Imperial IPA Single Hop Simcoe
Caldera Mogli
Boulevard Tank 7
So many more great beers to find and taste tomorrow!
Had most of the 25 last night and thought Short’s India Spruce Pilsner was the best. Definitely seek it out tonight – I have never had a pilsner that is unique. Odell Woodcut #5 and Boulevard Tank 7 would be runners up (had so many IPAs they all blended together in my mind).
I agree that the Spruce Pilsner was the best beer I sampled. The aromas just blew me away. Shorts Wheat Wine was crazy too. Shorts gets Best of Savor IMHO.
