DC Beer Week kicks off this Sunday with with a day-long Unity Jam kick-off concert at the Rock and Roll Hotel. It’lll will feature a concert with a diverse set of bands, See-I, a reggae dub band; The Blackjacks, a rock band; The Laura Tsaggaris Band, an indie americana band and The Jeff Wells, band a reggae funk band as well as beer tastings!
For the regular $10 admission you get to see the bands and get drink specials on the Rock and Roll Hotel’s various brews. For the $20 VIP ticket, you get access to the upstairs beer tasings. The list of rare beers has yet to be disclosed. The doors open at 2:00 PM.
There will also be an after party at 8:30 PM at the neighboring bar The Pug. The Pug has Red Hook ESB on draft, Dale’s Pale Ale in the can, as well as Troegs Pale Ale, Leffe, Brooklyn Lager, Lindemans Kreik all in bottles. Here is a full list of The Pug’s beer and food.
